Rape

Rape is sexual intercourse on another person by force, violence, duress, menace, or fear. Rape also occurs when the victim is intoxicated, if the person knows that the victim is intoxicated, or if the person is unconscious or mentally disabled. Rape is punishable in state prison for up to eight years. If a rape of a minor occurs, the penalties are significantly higher.
