Prescription Medication Cases (Rx)

Recently, this is an area of crime that is growing. Typically, clients are addicted to pain medication due to a prior injury or situation, yet no longer have a valid medical prescription. If caught with pills, such as “Oxy” (oxycontin) or Hydrocodone (vicodin), without a valid prescription, you can be prosecuted under the Health and Safety Code.
