Homicides
There are multiple types of homicide. Homicide is the killing of one human being by another, either lawfully or unlawfully. A killing may be lawful if done with justification or as a defense to oneself or another if that person is in imminent danger of being killed. The most serious is capital murder, where you can be given the death penalty. Besides capital murder, there is murder without the possibility of parole, murder with the possibility of parole, manslaughter, and vehicular manslaughter.
